You can choose to fill out the entire form and submit it online or print it and mail it with your payment. You also have the option to pay online using PayPal. Regardless of how you register, fees will be calculated by the date submitted/postmarked. Registrations received on or before September 19th will include 1 catered vegetarian meal. All registrations after September 19th must be submitted online and will NOT include the catered meal.

- Please READ the following:
- Early arrival: BEFORE 4pm Friday and are not part of the set-up crew, there
is an additional $10 fee.
- Vendors: must bring everything you need to set-up your site, as well as an additional raffle item.
- RV space: must be reserved in advance and fee will be due upon arrival to the facility.
- Meals: for vegan or gluten free option, make sure you check the appropriate boxes on the Registration form.
- Workshops: use the Contact Us page to send your request and a description of your workshop.
- Nursing boys:> are allowed if under 18 months old.
- Scholarship: If you find you require financial assistance in order to attend, please contact us personally to discuss your circumstances and need.
